went to aspen for the first time ,it was very laid back and professional the staff was nice and polite to me went for a consult for getting bottom teeth out and a denture . After xrays , the doctor said that i still had some good teeth and that a partial would be better , thats not what i want , but is a good suggestion so i said to give me an estimate,HOLY CRAP, $5600. My mom went to Aspen dental, it was a horrible experience. She paid $3,000 for denture's, it took much longer than a few days as advertised. The work done had to redone and it still was not right. Aspen dental then suggested implants for $16,000, getting a second opinion was the best thing. Mom was told getting implants would be impossible. Avoid Aspen dental they do not live up to the promises made.
Charged my health card my full amount, then I get collection notices from them saying I OWE TGEM 222$. NO CALL BACKS GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND. Horri me company . never go to them again in my life !
So not polite especially when you walk in and the front lady not even welcome you.she was so rude and not professional that i will never go back.i am not here to judge people but i would never recommend anyone in this place. Do your self a favor go else where. After all the doctor was amazing. Just fire the entire front people.
