It's very hard to find a excellent dental office to go to and have great customer well Aspen Dental in Mentor has great customer service, great hygienist, very clean, on time and very considerate and very compassionate to me, every time I go, it's like everyone has an smile on there face and it seems like everyone in the Mentor office likes what they do.
I have to share my experience at Aspen Dental, in Mentor Ohio, 5 STARS, starting with polite, caring staff, and i had a tooth extracted, and was impressed with everything, usually , going to the Dentist was a painful experience, today, i was so surprised, and happy i found this place, and the costs beat everyone i called, BEST deal in Lake County.
For 2 years I have been with Aspen. I have never had a problem with Dr.Villaire or his staff. So kind and helpful. I will get my new dentures this Wed. I will let you all know how they fit. I am so Happy I found this place! I had been to many dentist this week, trying to find someone who could help me with a tooth that the nerve had died in. I was in such sever pain and everyone else turned me away say it would be weeks, or that they couldn't help me because I Couldn't afford it.However today I called Aspen in mentor. My recent experience at Aspen was excellent. My cleaning performed by Kara was by far the best cleaning I have ever had and my teeth looked great. Dr. Villaire was very nice and made me feel very comfortable and explained everything in detail. The service at the front desk was also very enjoyable.
