To everyone who is in the market for Dental practice.... DO NOT GO TO ANY OF THE ASPEN DENTAL OFFICES UNLESS... Unless you want to get infected by a bacteria, Enterobacter aerogenes , It has been found to live in various wastes, hygienic chemicals, and soil. They numbed my whole mouth and said they booked the procedure wrong and couldn't proceed. The manager said they would compensate with gift cards for the inconvenience. It's been three weeks and i have yet to receive anything. Poor communication between offices. Dr. Dickinson is very nice though.
My husband and I were suppose to have an apt over a month ago. His apt was at 9am and mine at 10am. He took off work the day for this apt. He also received a text on Tuesday with our apt on Friday. Well we get there at 850am and the door is locked. A girl comes to the door in shorts and asked us what we needed. We informed her we were there for our 9 & 10am apts. Well I have several visits at ASPEN but this last visit was insane. I had the lady dentist and had a bad attitude and did not care about my concerns. This place stinks. Never go again
These people want your MONEY. Not worried about patients well being at all. Very unprofessional. I got two fillings and noticed there were GAPS in my teeth where they were placed. Next day filling FELL out! Called and they got me in three days later. That means.... A hole in my front tooth for three days. I still have gaps in my teeth.
