Great service and I would recommend them to everyone
I loved the dentist, she made me feel real comfortable. She listen to me and didn't just talk at me. Her name was Dr. SWETT. But the lady who checks you out was to pushy trying to get us to pay now. I felt like I was at an old car dealer ship
I was very nervous about my appointment, but was put at ease by every person I came in contact with.

these are bonafide Crooks! they'll produce products that don't fit. charge you for procedures they didn't even do and commit fraud on a daily basis. run. as much as these crooks charge you can go to a private practice and get a cheaper outcome with quality results. these people are trained to rip people off on a daily basis. don't waste thousands with these thieves. and Aspen don't bother with your bs generic response. you're liars and thieves.
I had teeth removed from the location closer to Bel-air mall I was mistreated by the office manager I have been going to the hospital for a year for pain so severe I had to take off work I had to switch to the schillinger rd location staff very polite but the damage from the first extraction made this visit very painful I got my teeth pulled last Tuesday tomorrow will be seven days im in more pain then what I was before I barley can swallow I’m not eating like I suppose to being im a diabetic my face is swollen I’m sick on m... read more

Have been through a lot over several years getting full extractions at this location. Most recent experience is that I’ve been trying to get my cracked comfilyte dentures repaired since June 6th. Had an appointment that was cancelled due to tech being out. Have been trying to reach them since to get them fixed. Crack is spreading and have gotten zero contact from the office. Currently on very intense medicines and it’s not safe to have a cracked plate in my mouth. Guess ASPEN doesn’t care 🤷🏻♀️. Glad my 9 month old denture... read more

The staff does not appear to be very knowledgeable or professional. They are not very user friendly towards the customers. They appear to be on edge like when u ask they a question the possibility of a confrontation is just under the surface with them they don’t get the full gist of ur situation before they try to answer ur question and then the answer has a hostile under tone.
