Ok so i walk into day for my cleaning and the lady at the front desk says sigin in so i do then i stand their wondering where my paper work is that i arrives 15mins early to fill out so i stand their for like 10 mins and i ask is their any paper work to fill out then she says with a attitude she will be back shortly have a seat so now im pissed off i show up early to get stuff taken care of and now its 2oclock and im saposed to be geting my cleaning done at 2 so unorganized and i hate this place so much but only place inshue... read more

I was the last patient of the day. The doctor was great and the dental assistant was great. Everyone was tired and wanting to go home, which I can understand. My appointment was Tuesday before leaving the office manager said that he would call me to set up the schedule and go over with me tomorrow about my next steps. Well today is Friday and I still have not heard from him. This is very disappointing. Not sure why he hasn't called but you would think after 3 days I would hear something. Absolutely the worst customer service. A tooth came loose from my upper denture that was purchased from Aspen Dental. Just needed it yo be reattached, in my opinion, a simple process. I arrived around 1:15 pm. I was told the Lab Techs were at lunch & would return at 2 pm. Was told that they might need to do an impression, which I saw no reason. I ran an errand & returned around 2:30 pm, at which time I was told that I missed my appointment & would have to reschedule. This was unacceptable. No one even looked at my dentures n... read more

Made appointment to recement crown and was told the charge would be $80. The day of appointment the receptionist couldn't retain anything thing I answered of his questions and kept asking me over and over again. When I finally saw the dentist after an hour and half wait, I was told I needed to go to the office to pay for the procedure. I said I already paid for this but that was not the case. At first when I went there, all workers were so nice and friendly to me . Then later when I was ready to get my surgery to pull my wisdom teeth out ,I found out on the same day as my surgery, they made a mistake in the price and tried to say it was a $500.00 difference ! I drove an hour to their other facility and when I arrived the lady was rude! So for this I've decided to put ONE STAR. Sorry I had to be honest and don't appreciate what they did to me. I had to get dentures went here because of good references online. Apparently they only allow good references they delete the bad ones. I had 22 teeth pulled on 10-28-15 I have gone back 26 times yes I said 26 times to get them to adjust my dentures. I was told and I quote "We guessed wrong and made them to big and there is nothing we can do about it" end quote. This by Office Manager Mallory and the person Mike that makes the dentures.
