Wouldn’t recommend this dental facility to anyone. “Affordable” doesn’t always mean good quality and I found that out the hard way. Highly unprofessional establishment

The constant visits. The late rescheduling that they do a day prior to your appointment and the audacity of them to send it through email and not actually call is so unprofessional. Oh not to mention my work that I’m paying for is soooo unsatisfactory. I wouldn’t dare recommend no one to Aspen. I’m highly disappointed.

I was told I had 6 cavities and my son had 3. I’ve literally had one cavity in my entire life. They charge exorbitant amounts for doing nothing at all. They didn’t even clean our teeth and we got a $300 bill (after insurance!!!) We went to another dentist today and neither my son nor myself have cavities. I don’t recommend this place at all. What a lying joke!

Called and made an appointment to get my teeth cleaned and the initial appointment was for a cleaning. I get there and they take X-rays and the hygienist comes in and check my gums after she leaves out I’m there waiting over 45 minutes for the dentist to come and clean my teeth. One of the medical assistants walks in and directs me to the office manager to say I have to schedule another appointment for my cleaning separately. Stay away from Aspen Dental. They accepted me as a walking in at 1pm for an extraction and let me sit in agonizing pain to tell me at 4:45pm that they wouldn't be able to pull the tooth today. Quoted a price of $107 but tried to tell me I owed them $238. Then tried to tell me it was a surgical extraction when it is quite literally the only molar on the bottom left side of my jaw. Bait and switch scam artists that will literally leave you sitting in a chair in excruciating pain for hours.
