Would not recommend the airport location to anyone. I been here 2 hrs and 30 mins waiting in my boyfriend to get done with his fillings. The dentist first said, “a hour”. Then after a hr and 10 mins they told me 10 mins. He has a ruptured vertebrae in his neck and they have kept in the chair for over 2 hrs jst for fillings. They have showed no concerns...
Well I am not use to saying bad things about places, but I can say this the staff was great! All the way too the Doctor he was Great!! Made it very plain! Did a great exam,then came the time for the office to find out what the prices were, after 15 minutes in the chair waiting for someone to come get , finally one of the nurses come and inform me, she's on a conference call, and don't know how long it's going to be! I arrived at 8 a.m. it now 9:30 a.m. so here I am! Supposed to wait while she on a Conference Call !! And Don'... read more
Waited 2 hours to feel the same as I did when I walked in .Excellant xray lady and the hygienist was nice even though my teeth were never even cleaned.I would never recommend this place ...Doctor did not care at all.It was all about how much money they could get...

I would like an explanation. I paid ahead of time for my services in full. I went over a year and switched dentist because i needed someone closer. I then get a bill in the mail from y'all claiming I owe over a hundred dollars. Um no. I use insurance and most of my stuff was on a credit account that wasn't through y'all which I also paid in full. Everything I had done was paid for. So i will be contacting the BBB to get some resolvement.
Staff is Lazy thay stand around and talk to much when they need to be working the people in that has apointements . but the doctor was great I loved the doctor.

This place lied tonmy husband and I only putting me in more pain just to Tell me they cantbdo anything. It's called professionalism people practice it. Oh and the next time that black person in financing talks shit she's gonna need a dentist cause Imma knock her teeth
