I made a new patient appointment because I had heard good things about how technologically up to date they were. I made and completed my appointment online and even uploaded my info to their site, very impressed. I received a confirmation call, which I didn’t answer because my job keeps me very busy. I showed up in pain with the request of getting a tooth pulled. Waited 3 hours and was told to come back today late this afternoon to finally get them out but was made to pay for it before I left yesterday. So having swelling and pain and told to go home was disturbing., since you made me wait til well into your lunch hour when I had a 9:15 am appt.

I visited this office a few times in the last few months. Bc of covid, Hurricane Sally & a dr referral not in my network...things have moved slow to say the least. I understand things have been hectic for them. However, I was referred to an oral surgeon for extractions in my sinus cavity. In between that I had to ASK for an antibiotic & had obvious infection. When you go to the dentist for a problem you expect to be examined by the dentist. Instead I had xrays taken and a message was given to me by the person who took the xrays. When I asked didn’t the dentist need to exam me I was told no she had looked at the xrays. I already knew I had a cracked tooth and needed a crown. I came in with my mother in law to see about getting her a partial. I have never seen customer service the way I experienced it today this was the worst ever. I heard them talking about a patient who went into the bathroom and $#:! all over the seat and how they wanted him to not use it next time and wanted him to leave... Yesterday I set an appointment to see the dentist because honestly it has been a long time since I last went and there were a few years there that I couldn't afford to take off and did not have dental insurance. When I booked the appointment, I assumed it was for a cleaning and check up because that is what I asked for. Instead, I get stuck in a room have my xrays reviewed and my gums measured.
