I made a new patient appointment because I had heard good things about how technologically up to date they were. I made and completed my appointment online and even uploaded my info to their site, very impressed. I received a confirmation call, which I didn’t answer because my job keeps me very busy. I show up early to my appointment and am told it was CANCELED due to me not returning a confirmation call!! I showed up in pain with the request of getting a tooth pulled. Waited 3 hours and was told to come back today late this afternoon to finally get them out but was made to pay for it before I left yesterday. So having swelling and pain and told to go home was disturbing., since you made me wait til well into your lunch hour when I had a 9:15 am appt.

I visited this office a few times in the last few months. Bc of covid, Hurricane Sally & a dr referral not in my network...things have moved slow to say the least. I understand things have been hectic for them. However, I was referred to an oral surgeon for extractions in my sinus cavity. In between that I had to ASK for an antibiotic & had obvious infection. It was prescribed. 6 days after completing antibiotic I awoke with pain & swelling. Of course it’s after hours. I have called the “on call” # twice in the past 2 hours ... read more

When you go to the dentist for a problem you expect to be examined by the dentist. Instead I had xrays taken and a message was given to me by the person who took the xrays. When I asked didn’t the dentist need to exam me I was told no she had looked at the xrays. I already knew I had a cracked tooth and needed a crown. I went here because the dentist I video conferenced with the day before told me they could do something to help me. Complete waste of my time that I took off work. I came in with my mother in law to see about getting her a partial. I have never seen customer service the way I experienced it today this was the worst ever. I heard them talking about a patient who went into the bathroom and $#:! all over the seat and how they wanted him to not use it next time and wanted him to leave... YES THATS WHAT THEY WERE TALKING ABOUT!!!!! With customers in the waiting room.. Yesterday I set an appointment to see the dentist because honestly it has been a long time since I last went and there were a few years there that I couldn't afford to take off and did not have dental insurance. When I booked the appointment, I assumed it was for a cleaning and check up because that is what I asked for. Instead, I get stuck in a room have my xrays reviewed and my gums measured. OMG my experience at Aspen Dental was one of the worst experiences of my life� Rude and unprofessional office manager.. I now have a bill for over $1,000 for work that was not complete
