Everybody that goes in the door has gum disease apparently. So they want you to do a $1,000 deep cleaning, they won’t touch your teeth otherwise. XRays were thorough. I went and picked mine up and went to a real dentist.

Once they get their money they don’t care about customer service
They’re rude and they only care about the money they lied to me and told I needed a filling when I told them I needed a root canal which I was told by another dentist I needed, they took my money, gave me a filling I didn’t need and now I need a root canal and I’m out $162 and on top of all of that they left me in so much pain I can hardly stand it and they won’t call me in any medicine to keep it from hurting either I will never go back here ever again
added on services that insurance did not cover without the consent of the patient. Is not giving patient any rights or say to the treatment plan, and overcharging on services without asking at a basic exam. We will be filing a complaint with the BBB
I agree with Libby. Everything went very smooth. The staff are all very knowledgable and couldn't be more friendly! I expected them to want to pull all and give me dentures. That was not the case! The only problem I have isn't with Aspen, it's with the pricing. The prices are much too high for the new technology. The fact that insurance companies refuse to cover procedures that are lasting and vastly improve peoples lives is ridiculous! I'm talking mostly about implants.
