I called the office and told them I was in extreme pain. I told hem I needed the tooth pulled. I came in and they did exrays which put me through more pain and charged me $10. My insurance was supposed to cover first visit. I specifically asked how much pulling at jaw tooth would be and they said $113. When I left, I was in tears not only because my tooth hurt but I was told it would cost $174 and because it was not $300 I couldnt make pmts. Horrible experience never go there I went in for a free .teeth cleaning my insurance paid all. Aspen refused all cleaning of my teeth claiming they needed 400.00 up front for scaling like a bad sales company the manager coax the billing agent on what to say.

I went my appt they said itwas in the books not on the computer.. so I had to reschedule I had 3 wisdom teeth pulled and supposed to had a cleaning before pulled I hate that hook so they said i could be a numbed I was getting teeth anyway.. ok great..nope numbed me and pulled..no cleaning they said didn't schedule that.yes I did but I guess when I had to reschedule they didn't put that in there..i think since I appt but they messed up put in the computer I still been able to be seen...my money went through no problem..so now... read more

I went for a root canal all went well but one thing crossed my mind I was not introduced to the doc who did it never seen his face . So I felt kinda like just another person.. Also I don't think the asst. should be talking to the doc about her personal life while he is drilling in my mouth. I have to back for my crown hope all goes well.

When I have an "appointment" I don't think waiting over 30 minutes is acceptable. Some staff were friendly and helpful but not all of them. I don't like that the receptionist collects fees before you even see anyone. I was seen by a dentist for about 3 minutes. Overall I think I will find a dentist that seems to take an interest in my needs.

I waited 3 hours to have accrued glued back on! Then I had to remind them to scrape off the extra cement and make sure my bite was ok, which it wasn't! Will never go back!

This place is a big fat joke. I had an abscessed tooth. Drained it and did the dental work. Pain gone. I had a cavity they wanted to fill. They did the usual stuff to fix that. Not even a day later and I started having seriously bad pain. I told them to pull the tooth. Demanded it actually. It was a tooth that if missing wouldn't be seen. I was fine with missing it, they refused to pull it. I told them flat out to pull it and they laughed and said I didn't know what I wanted. First the staff, nice friendly group and if that was all I was basing it on then they would get 5stars but I have had to go back to them twice now to have repairs done. The first time was the day after I had my crown, it fell out in my hand. The second time was the other day, I was eating pizza at home and my partial broke. I haven't had it a year and it broke.
