I was dissatisfied with the treatment from staff
After reading alot of the comments I see that most of them were dissatisfied like I was. It was my first visit. As far as the service it was ok. It was the wait! I was there 2.5 hours. That is ridiculous and there's no excuse for it.

They herd you through like cattle. Cleaning was very rough! Tried to charge me twice. Rude staff, one was anyhow. Worst dental experience ever. I paid twice the amount for a root canal and crown than what they quoted. Then AFTER the procedure I was told that I would probably have trouble with the crown because my tooth was short and they tend to not stay in well on short teeth. I was told to come back for an adjustment in a few weeks. I NEVER went back. If I need anything else I will go to my regular dentist who is just as e... read more

I found everyone friendly and helpful I did want to say I was disappointed in my dentist seems he looked at my X-rays and seen some bad theeth told me they all should come out and never ask about my concerns or my medication I’m on minor blood thinners no one seems concerned I’m a bit scared but I’ll get over that

My 3rd time getting up at 7am to come in, only for them to come up with some excuse as to why they can't see me! This is the worst dentist office I have EVER been to.

Worst dental experience I’ve ever had. Very crowded, rude staff, & the need to be rushed to push me out the door. No one explained anything to me except billing. I will NEVER go back.
I was in there office for 3.5 hours and would be the last time i go there i have never been to a dentist office that took so long! They are not organized and dont have enough help to maintain the anount of patients they bring in, in one day. I rather wait a month for my appointment if it didnt take a good part of the day. The people ate nice and courteous, but i have other things to do than be sitting an on office all day and continuously walking away to other patients instead of finishing with the first one....
I had to wait four hours !!! I even had an appointment!! Never again !!!!
