I wish I could give 1,000 stars to rate my experience. When I was a little girl I busted my front teeth on the pavement . I had a childhood dentist work on my teeth many times filling in the chipped parts . Every time they fell out the dentist would add to the old fillings instead of redoing the old parts . When I was about 17 the old old parts had gotten so discolored and made me have a brown line across my teeth . I even asked him to please fix that part and he wouldn’t . Shady business crown fell out week after placement , want me to pay for all new xray exam and new crown since they were shut down from Covid-19 STAY CLEAR! Lead dentist was verbly panicking in office!!!

So I set an appointment up for a consultation and get there and they tell me I have to pay $19.00 why I have no teeth it was just to talk about new dentures. It’s a scam. 19 dollars for what to tell me they can’t help me because I have no insurance it was going to be cash I don’t think so I’ll go somewhere else!

They were great when they pulled my teeth and put dentures in. Now trying to get in to get a new soft liner put in is next to impossible They said they will call me the next day on a Monday they told me they would call me on Friday and thye tell me they call me today and nobody ever calls. once they have your money you can't get back in.. I called and told them iI needed to come in for an adjustment because my dentures were cutting me and I needed to have a soft liner done for the alignment they gave me an appointment 15 ... read more

They are crooks I seen several different dentist every one had a different opinion the master tech said he was the best thing around when done my top teeth he wouldn’t show his face lol what a peace of shit now I’m stuck with 2 sets of teeth that are nothing like I paid for that I can’t even put in my mouth I don’t no how you people sleep

I called them yesterday because of a broken tooth and a lot pain. I was advised to come in this morning. They said "come in, we will have you completely pain free!" Three hours later I was seated will a consultant who was explaining a lengthy plan explaining how they would "fix my smile" for $6,500.00. As far as my broken tooth......nothing. They had to an oral surgeon whom I'm sure is just as crooked as they are. Needless to say, I will be driving over 2 hours next Thursday, down to Crossville, TN to see a dentist that I kn... read more

Customer service is terrible. I had them pet a soft liner in my top plate, and three days later it hurt so bad I couldn't even wear them so I made yet another appointment to get them fixed again. When I got there they said they can do another soft liner but would charge me $49.00 AGAIN!!!. Never will I go back there again.... Or recommend anyone I know. STAND BEHIND YOUR WORK AND PRODUCTS...

Slow and disorganized. Sign says dentures in days. Try 100 days. Has to wait for 50 minutes for a two minute fitting.
