Made an appointment to get my teeth cleaned. Showed up 45 minutes early. Was in the waiting room almost 2 hours before they called me back. Gave me a bunch of xrays I didn't ask for, and after another long wait, called me to the front desk. They tried to upsell me on a bunch of stuff (who charges $40 extra for flouride?) and then asked me when I'd like to schedule my teeth cleaning. I was floored. I was there for 3 hours and all they did was bill my insurance company for xrays I didn't even need. Huge waste of my time.
As far as the people go they are nice and help to understand everything before doing so. My only problem was I had a tooth extracted yesterday and they bout wasn't gonna give me anything for the pain and I went back in and they gave me a prescription for motrin? Now what in the heck is that gonna do? How are you gonna tell me how I feel or gonna feel? I paid good money there to have it pulled and not only didn't I get anything for pain no antibiotics either. Worse place ever!!! Took my money wasted my time and now having to go somewhere else to fix their mistakes!!!
I would appreciate any reviews or comments on any dental implants done in this office. I am considering having some work done but was unable to find any information on the surgeon (S. Prince, DMD) listed for this office other than his education. (Washington University in St Louis School of Medicine).
Aspen dental was great in the beginning with the treatment I needed. But after many attempts to correct the denture I received they notified me that either I deal with them or I could pay more for another set ! Really? I told them no thank you and to give me back the temporary set I wore beings they fit better. The bottom denture has broken in half 3 times and this last repair was a waste of time.
