I was in pain from a broken molar, I walked in and within 15 minutes I had filled out paper work and was getting x rays then being examined by hygienist then getting a plan of action and financing for my treatment ! Appointment was made for the next day and they even took extra special care due to total neck replacement I had last year! Spoke to a lady named “Samantha” who works for the billing/account part. She literally stated “i do not have time to call your insurance company, you have them call us”. From a nurse who works in healthcare, that’s not how it works!! VERY VERY unethical. None of these people are highly trained in their areas. Samantha kept giving me the run around because she doesn’t want to do her job. She does NOT need to work there!! DO NOT GO TO AN ASPEN DENTAL!!!!!

Horrible experience, went in with extreme pain and left with unbearable pain . Would do nothing to help just made it worse. After poking and scraping my teeth they finally told me I had some disease and that they couldn’t pull my tooth (which I understood I had to go to an oral surgeon). Dr. Didn’t even say two words to me. Tried to get me to schedule 4/5 cleanings with some outrageous bill before telling me that my insurance covered todays bill.
