Had a great experience workers there were very pleasant!
Was told my appointment was on Tuesday at 12, get there after taking off work and they informed me that my apt was actually on Wednesday. They can't fit me in and I can't take another day off work because of their mistake. And I had to drive 45 min to get here. This happened to my boyfriend a few months back. They really need to get their crap together so they don't waste people's time and money.
Very very mad! Took severe advantage of young college student that didn’t have parent with him! Seen dental insurance and they had a hay day! Very pissed!
Seriously, this place is a joke. Comparable to the fast food of dentistry they are extremely impersonal and extremely over priced. Don't go in with a legit problem you will not be helped adequately I can promise you that.
Way overpriced. Also, they let me spend $300 extra to get my teeth whitened knowing they were gonna grind three of my front teeth off and crown them which they didnt explain to me the process or i wouldnt have wasted that $300. I hate the partial plates. I cant eat without a bunch and i mean a bunch of food getting underneath and sticking to them. I literally have to rinse my mouth several times and take them out and clean them every time i eat.
i am glad i got some work done on my teeth but the billing issues have been a mess, i created an account on the website so that i could review the billing and insurance and i can't see anything, it said on the site that the statements would be loaded in two hours, the account was created last night, sooo that is troubling to say the least, i want to know what i am being charged and what the insurance is paying on an accurate basis, please get in touch with me
They are so unprofessional. I had an appointment for 11:15 on my birthday to get my wisdom teeth out and when I called about my medicine they said they didn't even have me as an appointment. Now it's at 4:00. I will NEVER come back here again.
Not clear on what would be owed. Charged my account without my knowledge. Told them multiple times I had no insurance, they said the amount I was paying was the total, but they don't listen and lied. After I get this crown I will NOT be going back. I will be finding a different dentist. They do nothing to help people out without insurance. Special financing my butt. All they want is to get way more money than they deserve for their mediocre work. Sad but true they are unwilling to help out their patients, heck they don't eve... read more
