I went in on August 4, 2016, for a first-time visit. I had set it up for a routine teeth-cleaning. I walked in, waited a few minutes, then they whisked me in to do X-rays. Fairly typical for a first visit. Then, they moved me into another room, and that's when things started to go off the rails. They said, "Well, we'll look at your gums and have you see the dentist, and then we'll see if we can schedule you an appointment for a cleaning." Well broke a crown on my front tooth, which is an emergency, and was told they couldn't see me until mid August!!!!! No longer a patient here.
I wouldn't recommend or refer anyone to visit Aspen Dental for any reason. I paid them to do absolutely nothing but poke at my already throbbing gums (which has resulted in me spitting blood my entire ride home). I left in more pain than I went in with. The woman who did my x-rays was VERY rough, and very inconsiderate to the amount of pain I was already in. I went in for a check up. The women who took my X-rays was rude and very rough with shoving the piece in my mouth. Knowing I have bad teeth that have serious pain. Also the dentist came in told me what I needed and just left the room that's it I didn't get to talk about my questions he jetted out of the room like what the hell? I will not go back there! Also I was next to a lady who was stating how her dentures had been very uncomfortable and I see the lady she was talking to roll her eyes as she walked out of the room!! You... read more
Hate my dentures! Can't eat or talk right with them!! Hate hate hate them!!! Had them for 6 months!!
Tried to rip me 2300 to get my teeth cleaned because I had high numbers and periodontal disease...did fill a tooth for $240 . WEll guess what...I went to SIU dental school and I do not have high numbers (at all) OR periodontal disease. AND the filling they put in needs to be replaced because it was not done right and is causing decay underneath it. Oh and SIU charges $35 for cleaning and check by a dentist....wise up folks these guys are crooks!
