Dr. Bower put a crown in my mouth. As soon as he implanted the "permanent" crown, I tolf him it didn't feel right. When I bit down, my eye tooth (that he implanted), felt as if it was being pushed forward by my bottom teeth. He argued with me, then shaved part of my bottom tooth down. That still didn't help, I could still feel my eye tooth moving when I bit down. After 6 months of having a loose tooth, it fell out while eating pizza....obviously because our eye teeth play a big role in our mouths. Did I mention that said too... read more

I always believe that a dentist and his techs should be talkative and friendly..i was looking for it to no avail..but oh well...Had been traveling in over the road trucking with major tooth pain...got in ..got called ..had an extraction...simple... The only thing that I would speak differently of..is if you have someone with horrible pain going on..dont a sign someone in training to do xrays..let that be done by a long term employee...it hurts and is uncomfortable. Other than that..I'm pain free

Staff and doctor were very nice. Office clean. Went in due to very bad toothache and after 3 days of antibiotics still having pain. I was told to take tylenol and Motrin which did nothing for my pain. Was told I will have pain until I get tooth pulled since the nerve is exposed. Dr said to deal with pain. I can't eat much and have shooting pain. I'm not a druggie I just want relief. $300 to pull tooth so it's gonna be awhile before I can do anything. Sharp shooting pain so why even go. Disappointed

I went to Aspen for the first time on Friday the 16. Their staff was very professional. However their lobby or maybe it should be called the waiting room was very dirty. They either need a vacuum cleaner and a dust cloth or they need a new cleaning crew because one of them are not doing the job. However the dental staff are or seem to be very good.

Waited 45 minutes for xrays. After i complained they got me for them. Then after they looked at my teeth waited another 30 minutes to talk to them about estimate. Finally walked out and she's talking to patient who came in 40 minutes after i did when still in the waiting room. Wont be back and will tell everyone where i work not to waste their time.
The aspen dental office is ok but their incompetent oral surgeon Dr grey should be fired had him take 4 wisdom teeth and 2 others out last Monday Monday night I ended up at ER. I am still in excruciating pain from the doc cutting away the tissue around. The bone found that out Thursday night after having to go back they gave me a novacane gel but it's not working probably end up back at er can't stand the pain any longer so thanks aspen this does not reflect on the nurses or Dr bower just the great surgeon grey ha ha
