I was in the office for 2 hours mostly waiting in the chair to get no help for the pain I said I was in. Then got a referral to a oral surgeon when I have been waiting for days on end for them to send my xrays and referral to the oral surgeon. Now I have to go in and get it myself to give it to them. Absolute horrible experience.
Had an appointment at 9:00 am on 5/26/22 to fix an improperly fitted partial that should have never been made since my gums were swollen from having three teeth pulled 7 days prior. At 8:35 am after traveling 30 plus miles to get to the appointment at 9:00 on time, I receive a phone call from an unlisted number. Almost did not answer but I did. this place and dentist is absolutely horrible! They pulled a infected wisdom tooth that caused severe pain didn't give any pain medication. when we went back after 15 minutes they acted as if we were lieing this 10 pain scale is coming from someone that gave natural child birth twice!! DO NOT GO THERE

Shody work on my dentures. Broke twice with 2 years.
I want my $$$ back. Dentures that are obviously not made for my mouth, painful to even try to wear. $817 down the drain that I could be putting toward a real set made by a tech that actually knows how. 0/10 stars.
I do not recommend this dentist to anyone. They told me my chipped tooth wouldn’t hold a filling, so they told me I needed a veneer. I agreed to get one (my fault). I was told my insurance covered $996 of my total which left me paying $320 out of pocket. Then today I get a call that I owe them $996! They lied. I talked to another dentist that said my tooth very well could have held a filling. They just wanted my money instead of doing what should have been done. They are liars. Could not get them to file an insurance claim to cover the nearly $300 bill for annual check up and cleaning. Made several visits & many phone call to address the issue. Got lots of promises and no action.
