They could start by answering the phone or at the very least, call you when they state they will.

Not good right now. First time went and had a long wait before someone acknowledged me. Second time made an appointment for a tooth pain and the clean my teeth. Took a bunch os X-rays and told me all I needed to get done and that’s it. Left with my pain no one call me to schedule the procedure so I called back and told me to get the extraction. They texted me to make sure that I would showed up. So I replied yes so I go in and they are taking me as a new patient again. They wanted me to do x-rays again so I told them that I ... read more

Aspen Dental of Myrtle Beach is the worst example of corporate greed in the Dental Industry that I have seen. They give you overblown dental diagnosis requiring invasive and expensive treatments. Do not be fooled by their coupons and promotions. They will make you pay. I go to the dentist and have my teeth cleaned every three months and have my whole life. They claimed that I had dental disease and needed invasive treatment. A total scam. And scary!! Do not be fooled by these greedy money grubbers.

Very disappointed. I was a new patient, but I will not return. I was told being I was new exam and xrays were free and my extraction would be 113 being it couldn't be repaired. I show up the morning of my appointment and the woman at the counter immediately says that'll be 246. I'm like what?! I was told 113. She said that's only if it's a simple extraction. Well, we haven't done it yet and you're already telling me it's more money...So I go in, 20 minutes later I'm finished. And of course I sit down and the same woman, who ... read more

My appointment was for August 16, for a cleaning at the Myrtle Beach, SC, office. I had made the appointment and given Aspen my two forms of insurance prior to arrival. When I arrived, I was greeted by friendly staff. I filled out some forms that required my signature. After that, I felt like I was on an assembly line. I went in for a full mouth xray, and 18 single xrays. Then onto another room where my gums were measured. I was told that I would be told what the measurements meant, but I was not. The dentist came in, introd... read more

Three times to the dentist between Myrtle Beach and Conway and I still have teeth in my mouth that need to come out. Because I supposedly have blood pressure problems when my primary doctor cleared me to have a tooth extraction. I do not have blood pressure problems.

I went there for a consultation to see if they took my coverage. They told me they did. All I needed was one filling, after they took an x-ray they told me they did not file my coverage and it would be my responsibility to do so. When they told me the price of a filling which was over $850 I declined. Now they are harassing me for the $80 fee of the X-ray that they told me was covered. How could they mislead you and tell you that they take your coverage and then after taking the X-ray they said it was my responsibility. Bewa... read more

I went there this week to have my teeth cleaned. I thought no big deal this should be 100% covered. When I was checking out they were charging me $240 some dollars and said I just had a special kind of cleaning and it’s not covered!!!! That is totally wrong!!!! I’d say the people who do the actual work ie. The dentists, the hygienists, technicians etc are all good and very nice folks as well as very professional. I’d give them easily a 5 Star. However, the accounting and billing practices done in this office is very convolu... read more
