Zero stars!!! I went in with my teenage daughter a couple years ago and she even mentioned to me that I feel like we are at a used car dealership trying to sell you something. We just went a couple times and are still getting the bills? We have great insurance and I even got their care insurance credit card and I now got a $435 bill a couple years later. 🤔 Won’t go back

I was impressed with your staff and technology, but I needed immediate response to an infected tooth... you were more concerned about “SELLING “ me a $6000 package, which I know that I need rather than offering to remedy my immediate problem! Therefore I will probably go somewhere else to resolve my issues! I will probably post this on Facebook as well!

I went to Aspen for extractions and dentures. Everything was ok until I seen the temporary dentures. 5 weeks later I still have don't have dentures that I can wear. This is costing me nearly $6000. The last straw was when I called to tell them the dentures still wasn't right and the office manager snapped at me and tried to tell me what was wrong. I won't go back to the MB office. I don't know who made my dentures but they shouldn't be allowed to make anymore. Choosing this particular office is one of the biggest mistakes ... read more

This is the worst dental office I have EVER used. They did several treatments on my mouth ENSURING me, that each treatment would be put on my dental first account which we started together in the office on my first visit. I am server and cannot pay 1000s of dollars at one time. For some unknown reason, without notifying me, they did not charge my dental first account for a visit as discussed because “I did not authorize it”. I had a 9:30 appointment to remove a tooth. wasn't taken in until about 11 and was then said they agreed that it had to come out but they couldn't do it until 1:30. I am a OTR trucker and only have 4 days a month with my wife. Disappointed that I wasted 1/2 a day on removing a broken tooth. They were very nice but when my wife made the appointment to remove the tooth they should have put me in for the necessary time to have it done.

had appt tomorrow at 745 and because I couldn't answer the phone to verbally confirm my appt they cancelled it on me mind you they called me 2 times while I'm at WORK ! so of course I cant call back to confirm verbally I'm angry hecuse it look off work for this appt and now they cancelled on me terrible office will not be back and will def make sure I do not recommend ppl
I broke a filling and made contact with Aspen to have it repaired. I visited them in person and got an appointment within three days. I was told that an emergency fee would apply. I arrived for a 10:30 AM appointment ar 10:15 AM with all forms filled out before I arrived. I sat in the waiting room for one hour and 45 minutes and was finally called back at little past noon and taken to an x-ray chair and had two x-rays of the area taken.
