They had me pay up front for services which I had no problem with. My insurance processed the claim, and ASPEN owes me a refund. I have been waiting since May for my money back. It is going on 6 months now. Still waiting for it. Will be reporting them to the State Attorney General, my insurance, and the BBB.

The office manager and Hygienist are awesome. The Dr. could be a little friendlier. She never spoke unless asked a question. I waited 30 minutes in the chair for the procedure to begin. Just a few minutes before being call in to start the procedure.

My front tooth broke, they were more interested in having me sign up for a charge card, then fixing my tooth. You can not go a month with the front tooth not being fixed. I cannot believe they did not go ahead and fix my problem this is a awful. Years ago they would do the work then figure a way for you to pay for it. I feel awful that I have to see people with my front tooth 1/2 gone. This is not good

I will never go there again. Horrifying. Dentist walked away and forgot about me sitting there with a swab of stuff in my mouth for a VERY long time that was supposed to be taken out after 1 minute. Thankfully, the awesome hygienist walked by and realized what was happening and had me spit it out and apologized. Then I waited and waited before a different dentist came over and said "I'm taking over this patient". He did not speak directly to me, or explain what was happening. First appointment was quick for my husband, when he didn't sign the treatment plan right away the second appointment much long even though he was experiencing pain

Terrible service: the staff there have been consistently rude (calling me uninvited nicknames), inappropriate (making what sound like sexual innuendos with their fingers in my mouth), and ambiguous about what is required versus recommended (seeming to want to force/scare/confuse me into paying for extra, possibly unnecessary procedures). The filling for a cracked tooth is already wearing away after a year. And they make you waste so much time waiting.... but they clog your devices with too many messages reminding you not to ... read more

Well, my experience was not the best, I had them make a crown, then my partial would not fit, they kept adjusting the crown, still no luck,( this all began in August last year) they tried to adjust the partial, I have been going back since then and the partial stil is not right, I cannot eat as the partial is cutting my tongue, each time I go back they do not listen to what I am telling them and they keep doing the same thing, they keep working on the partial, instead of the ...
