They made me an appointment for 11:30am to pull two teeth that have been very painful to me. When I showed up, they said my appointment was at 11am and that they wouldn't have scheduled an appointment for 11:30 because that's when they take lunch. Not one apology for messing up, but trying to deny the fact that the guy messed up and wrote the wrong time. Then they got mad at me for standing up for myself. The lady up front was not too friendly at all, she was actually rude about it. Thanks for nothing.

The people that work there are nice. But, my dog chewed my Invisalign retainers so I went in to get my teeth scanned for a new pair. They came in 4/10 and are literally in the office but I can’t get them without an appointment. I have a job so I’m not able to make last second appointments. I need an appointment so the DR can see if the new retainers fit. They aren’t going to now considering my appointment to pick them up is 4/19. Teeth shift quick! I initially made my daughter an appointment in January ! And after two cancellations from them , we finally make it to her appointment today ! And guess what they don’t accept her insurance -_- I spoke to several staff prior to today and NOT one mentioned that !!! Extremely inconvenient !!!!!

At first they were great, but once they have your money, they could care less about the work you need done. I have been waiting months to finish the work we’ve already paid for , each time being told to wait even longer due to being short staffed. But when they wanted my money they got me in the same day 🤷🏻‍♀️I’ve had to have emergency visits to hospitals time and time again because of this, in constant pain and agony, all while caring for a newborn baby. My appointment was at 9;00 this morning, they called and asked if I could instead come at 1:30. I was kind enough to oblige. 40 mins waiting to finally get into a room. An hour later then my appointment, still no one to see me. I took time off from work thinking it should only take an hour. I ended up leaving getting nothing done. What should have taken a half hour for my impressions, was a total bust. I have yet to get a call from anyone with an apology or to schedule a REAL ACCURATE appointment.

very upset today my husband had an appointment at 815 he shows up at 8. at 830 he's told Dr won't be in til 10. so made another appointment for 330 . Comes back at 330 and guess what no Dr ! No phone call. Very upset customers wife !‼️
