Visited New Hartford office and was very pleased so far. Since I didn't have a dentist and it has been years, I decided it was time to take care of me and give them a shot. Was pleased with Chris and others there. Since I was on a tight timeline they were great in getting me in in such a short time.They explained everything that they were doing and what to expect afterwards. I thank you. Still lots of anxiety in going but I was pleased in not knowing what type of service I would receive. I thank you again for your help.
The staff at Aspen Dental in New Hartford are amazing. I drive from Oneonta and don't get many days off from work and they made sure they took care of both Crowns the same day. The Dr is understanding and really nice. Also the time before I had lost a filling and the one Dr filled it temporarily and didn't charge me. I super highly recommend Aspen Dental in New Hartford. (There's one in Oneonta but I am very happy with the New Hartford one.
From the scheduled appointments to Dentures all in less than a week...I had a great Experience, Dr. Wilson is by far the best Dentist I ever had, she talks you through everything as well as the other gals. I had 6 teeth removed, and my anxiety should of been through the roof, and without being sedated!!! Very gutsy on my part.... However the numbing gel and just a lil pitch from the needle and 5 mins, everything was done and temp dentures went in, and dam their beautiful (no more metal partial!!). I am petrified of dentists. As soon as I get in that chair my anxiety is up and when they walk through, my heart skips a beat that they are coming in now and my hands grasp the chair arms when time to open my mouth. Going to the New Hartford Clinic was a good experience for my first visit the other day. From office staffing to hygienist to Dentist, they were understanding, kind and honest with me. This was my first experience with Aspen and first I have to say I am terrified of going to the dentist in the first place but I had a broken tooth that I couldn't afford to get a crown put on so I opted to get it pulled (top right way in the back).
