I used to love coming here until they kept canceling my appointments. Every time I would make an appointment, they would call to cancel it. Their excuse was always that they were short staffed. Sometimes, they would wait until I showed up to the office to tell me that my appointment was canceled. This happened three times. The fourth time, they called a day ahead to reschedule me for a different time, which was fine. I would not recommend this office to any one. From being called sweetie by the receptionist who was much younger than myself to the horrible oral surgeon that tried to pull my daughter's tooth without giving the novicaine time to work. And then berating my daughter when she couldn't take the pain. Not to mention that he yelled at me (her mother) when I questioned him.
