I had a great experience with the Aspen Team. They were friendly, welcoming and most importantly reviewed my treatment plan and cost, breaking it down from what the total fee was to what my ins plan pays out to finally what I owe as the patient. They offered me financing so I could break down my payments into smaller monthly which I appreciated. No one likes going to the dentist but Aspen allowed me to feel comfortable getting the treatment I desperately needed without cleaning out my checking account. THANK YOU, ASPEN!!!!!

As a health care worker, I cannot express how pleasant my experience turned out to be. Personal, professional, relatable and well organized. I don't know anyone who "likes" going to the dentist, but this team, from the receptionist to the assistant to the doctor really are remarkable. You can tell a good team when they truly like working with each other, it shines onto the customer service. I HIGHLY reccommend Aspen Dental. You will not be disappointed.

OK, when was the last time someone said they had a great root canal and crown replacement. The Norwalk office of Aspen is filled with stars. Dr. Caitlin Berwick and Dr. Dawn Weldon are fantastic. The support staff are also incredibly wonderful. Both doctors are overly concerned about your pain management and performing the procedures with the highest of standards. I highly recommend this team, and have told all my friends that this office rocks!

This place is actually really great. I don't have good dental insurance and they were so lovely and did what they could do help. The dentist and technicians are so friendly and good at their job. I have a healthy amount of dental anxiety and they're always very patient and helpful with it. I just had two wisdom teeth pulled without sedation and it really wasn't that bad. I did not even have an appointment here. I had just had a horrible experience at ALL SMILES across the street and walked in to see if A)They took my insurance, and B) if not, if they could still help me. I didn't realize but they had already closed and the place was pretty empty. The door hasn't been locked yet and there was a very nice woman getting ready to leave. These people are awesome!!! Made me feel comfortable from day one! I had full upper and lower dentures put in and they seemed to make the process like a walk in the park! Whenever I arrived at my appointment early, they took me in early! All the employees there were very professional, polite and very knowledgeable! I will recommend Aspen dental to all my friends! Thank you guys so much I'm smiling more than ever now lol!

I have my teeth cleaned at Aspen Dental in Norwalk by Marilyn and she did a great job. While Marilyn was cleaning my teeth she asking me if I was comfortable or in pain I think that was very nice of her. That was very important to me that she care that I was comfortable not in pain.
