The entire staff is professional and courteous. The staff were all new people except for Judy. She’s the best assistant ever. Dr.Korban, D.D. S MD is excellent. He explained every procedure and what I could expect. Went over my medicine and medical history with me. His assistant Eddie was just as reassuring and told me not to worry. Everything went well for me. I’m going back for a follow up with Dr. Korean. They sanitized all the equipment etc before and after my procedure. I wish they would have the floors and bas... read more
My friend Selam suggested me to visit this location for Invisalign and my brother received treatment there for free in his first visit. Unfortunately they didn’t our my insurance but I really like how the doctor still took her time to make him a treatment plan which helped him and myself. I want to leave this review because I gather from my brother it was a very friendly and clean environment from the door to the people doing the Xrays into the dentist. 5 Stars Everyone that I interacted with, showed concern for my issues. Dr D. was very patient and did everything to make me comfortable; make certain that I was happy with her work; and answered all of my many questions. The Lab tech (Washington), worked closely with Dr, D to insure that the new dentures fit properly. The Dental Assistants, Mike and Judith were attentive to my questions. I was looking for a new dentist as my longtime dentist was no longer practicing. I choose Aspen Dental at 652 Main Avenue, Norwalk, CT for several reasons, their location in the Walmart shopping plaza was a big plus as I shop there often. I went there once already, I love it, they didn't give me any negativity, very professional and seems they'd do only what is needed to fix any problem in your mouth. Also, prices charged for the their services are very reasonable and more than competitive. Also, they work with the Care Card providers for financing if you can't or find it hard to make full payment. It is 5 stars plus.
The team there is incredible. Stephanie is so friendly and helpful. Marilyn does a phenomenal job and the doctor is the best. He is compassionate and empathetic while being an incredibly skilled (yet non-judgmental) professional. I went in with a toothache yesterday (no appointment) and they got me right in to determine and resolve the issue. I'm not great with pain — so the doctor gave me a shot of lidocaine when I as a grown man starting tearing up. Just great people there. Highly recommended.
