I made an appointment for Monday, and was called and told I had to reschedule because they were busy. Not how appointments work, but that’s okay, I change my appointment to Tuesday. I go in, they take my x-rays and while I’m waiting to be seen, I am told that they are busy and I have to leave and come back another time. So two appointments, and no one has even looked at my teeth! It is incredibly unprofessional to have me make MULTIPLE APPOINTMENTS and then tell me that you’re still too busy.
