I think it's impossible for anyone to say "I had a great time at the dentist." But, I can honestly say I was treated very well and after my second visit I didn't experience any service or professionalism that would require a sub 4 star review. The receptionist expected me when I arrived and greeted me by name, the atmosphere is comfortable and clean, there are a lot of tvs for some reason, and the hygienist was taking lots of precautions and changes gloves frequently. These reviews won't change my rating. Aspen Dental was recommended by someone who'd been a patient for some time. I was not disappointed. I already knew my teeth would need a LOT of work. So the list of work and the cost wasn't a surprise at all. The first of the work, a root canal, was done today. I'm very satisfied with the way the doctor handled things. I visited this clinic on 10/4/2012 for a routine checkup. I was pleasantly surprised by the clean and friendly atmosphere. My X-ray was completed without any hassle, and it was pretty fast too. My consultation with the Dentist, Dr. Weruche, was also a good experience and i clearly understood what my options were. I am definitely coming back here for my cleaning, and filling (i have already made an appointment). I recommend this clinic to anyone looking to change their Dentist, or looking for a Dentist. Aspen Dental in Norwalk TRASH TRASH TRASH I woke up with a terrible toothache. My dentist is closed on Fridays So did internet search. I found that Aspen dental offered emergency appointments. Booked one for 12 noon. At 11:40 I get a phone call from them saying that they could not see me because they close at 1 o'clock. I was already on my way because I live more than 30 minutes away. 2nd time here. The ladies in the front are nice. My appointment was for 11. I was not seen until 1:00. . The staff went to lunch. I'm still waiting until they come back from lunch. So I can complete my appointment. This is so unprofessional. The doctor stayed at the front desk talking. She could have taken care of me. I've never experienced anything like that. The worst

Not good people don't go . They are not helpful and unprofessional. Seems like the hired anyone off the street who could hold use a keyboard and mouse.

Just got off the phone with there office. Stay away they charged my insurance and didn't like what they got paid. So they just bill you whatever amount they want 8 months later. They charged me on the first visit and bill your insurance and whatever they don't get they bill you the rest. Like going in for a Dr appointment and them charging you the copayments and billing the insurance and billing you for the rest. Stay far away from this company

I called a month in advance to ask my questions before scheduling...1) Are you accepting new patients? They said yes. 2) Do you accept our insurances? I stated four different insurances, they said they accept all four. 3) I then mentioned that my Mom have a lot of work to do, extractions and dentures needed. I asked if she would be able to get started the week of our appointment as she have plans to travel soon after, and was told yes. First of all, there was a two hour wait in the waiting room. I was also told that they would need to verify my insurance coverage, and they said they left a message the morning of the appointment. I never received such a message. They claimed they were running behind because their answering service doubled booked appointments that day so they were backed up.
