I called to make an emergency appointment to have a painful shattered tooth removed. They took x-rays of my mouth and told me to get all of my wisdom teeth pulled, one root canal with a crown and the shattered tooth pulled. I agreed on the shattered tooth and wisdom next to that too get pulled that day. They checked my insurance and said it would all be covered at no out of pocket expense to me. I would never recommend them again. I waited over 2 hours for a 5 minute cleaning that made my gums bleed for hours. It was horrifically painful. Then, an office worker told me "I might as well go home and call tomorrow to set up an appointment" because they don't know what's going on. The entire time I waited I had the pleasure of listening to the staff complain about patients and their job.
I found the office to be clean and the office staff to be very friendly. I didn't have to wait very long at all. The 2nd trip back was a little different story. The notice on desk stated they were busy with a luncheon meeting and they would return shortly. That happened in about 30min past my appointment time. Once I got back to the work area, it didn't take any time at all to get my 4 teeth pulled.

It was quite a wait for a new client but I finally made it to an office. There were 4 people in the room with me! 2 hygienists, the dentist and someone else. I'll give a better review after my cleaning that had to be rescheduled for something at my end.
I called to ask if they take my children's insurance. She says she will check, then she immediately says we have an opening for this week. I said, wait, I wasn't asking for an appt yet, I want to make sure you take my kids insurance first! She continues to jabber at me. It reminded me of a pushy salesman! She still trying to talk me into bringing them in for an appt, and then says that they don't take my kids insurance. And then tries to pressure me into making an appt anyway, and they have pay options, blah, blah, blah. I h... read more

I honestly would give this place 0 stars if I could. I went there to have a broken tooth fixed. Well first I waited 4 hours to get seen for my new patient appointment. THEN when I came in again they fixed a cavity not even the TOOTH I came in to get fixed. Oh it gets better. They send me a $70 bill when I only owed them $50 something. Called them thought I had everything fixed and the second bill they send me is $250! This place is HORRID. People's time is valuable. Especially when taking sick time to go to a dental appt for a cleaning/check up only to find out if you want a cleaning it requires a second appt. First appt is "free". Sure that's nice except for the fact that I would've needed to go back for a second anyways just for a cleaning which would not be free. I could care less about the "free" first appt. Let me pay my copay the first time and do the cleaning. Not to mention the fact that I was there for an hour and a half for a 15 min procedure.
Worst dental office and staff in the area. I went there for a simple filling, and after multiple visits and the run around do to serious paint and discomfort; I had to have the fillings drilled out and redone by another local dentist. They refused to refund me or take my concerns or complaints seriously. If they can't even do a simple filling correctly they shouldn't be in business. Absolutely horrible.
At first i was over the moon to find a place to fix my cracked top denture quickly and cheaply. I paid 320.40 in one shot to have a crack fixed and a realignment at the end of feb 2018. April 2018 my dentures cracked again in the same spot.
