Total Restaffing the office, It has been the Total Disappointment I was afraid of happening: 1) A TEMP DDS, 2) BILLING Nightmare, 3) Failure from the front office, 4) Didn't send out the Prescription to the Pharmacy and had to do without over the long weekend....Avoid this Place if at all possible !!!!!

I went in for pain in my lower right jaw with no visible broken or damaged teeth to explain my pain. I still don’t know what is causing the pain or what can be done about it. Instead, I was given several high pressure sales pitches for vanity services I do not want and did not inquire about. I did not know predatory dentistry was even a thing until I went here. Never again

Was scheduled for 9 am, only person in the building you would think they'd be prepared. It appears there was a theft of face shields that took 2-3 people to determine that they were indeed missing/stolen. They should have done that after the patient was taken care of, when they had more time. Not able to fill a filling, only grind off sharp edge. My dentist was closed, no other options. Will not return.

i dont normally post things like this but i don’t recommend going to Aspen Dental in Olean!!! i had an appointment back in late january i believe to get my abscessed tooth out, turned out i had all my wisdom teeth so they wanted to removed those to. so a week goes by and im back to get all 5 teeth removed. procedure went great, after everything wore off i realized that they never removed my abscessed tooth, the entire reason i went to them in the first place. i was also sent home with an antibiotic i was allergic to but that... read more

Avoid at all costs. Paid prior to having work done every time I was there, they did something extra that apparently I didn’t pay for before hand, I never received a bill a phone call or anything. Months later I get a collection notice for money I had no idea I even owed. That aside, every single appointment my wife or I ever had was rescheduled or moved to a different time slot. I wanted a tooth pulled , so scheduled n appointment, I was told as long as it wasn't infected or any thing else wrong or complicated it would be $115. I sat in waiting room for 45 mins then got x-rays and n exam to wait in another room for another 45 mins for them to schedule another appointment to get my tooth pulled which will now be $248 , if I would have known this I would have went somewhere else

Recommendeddidn't have to wait a month like all other places around here wanted and didn't have to get a song and dance over how much will cost like all the other places called and checked couldn't get a straight answer outta anywhere else
When I first started the process of getting dentures I believed this was a good place and would have recommended it even after all the horror stories I heard from others.
