if I could give zero stars I would. This place is awful. My husband had an apt there we will not be going back. Done nothing, and we have dental ins. We also waited over an hour. while we were there patients coming in about complaining about billing and services, and broken promises. This place is just terrible---stay away.

Absolutely terrible!! My appointment was at 1:00, I arrived early top do paperwork, was taken back to x-ray at 1:45, then seated in an exam room where the Dr proceeded to tell me what was wrong with my teeth, as if I did not already know. Then I was escorted to a waiting area to have a talk with somebody stating my insurance was out of network, so none of the work would be covered by my insurance. I got awful top set of false teeth from Aspen, I was almost living there trying to get them right, they made the impression putting the goop on my old false teeth, so the ruined them, and came out with teeth that just fell out of my mouth, then when i finally said to hell with it, Screwed without a Kiss, they tried to talk me into a near 300. cleaning, for bottom teeth,and that was not the deep root cleaning,Just stay on top and if after 3 month demand a refund, I did not do this as there was a tragic death in my family and ... read more
This office was more concerned with making sales as opposed to addressing the situation that I had made the appointment for originally! Which by the way never did get addressed! I wasted vacation from work and an hour drive only to end up seeking help elsewhere! NEVER again!! I STRONGLY urge EVERYONE to avoid this slap happy bunch of clowns and look for some PROFESSIONAL assistance!
This was not my best dental experience. I recognize that I was in a lot of discomfort and that will undoubtedly impact my impression. However, my complaints revolve more around a lack of feeling welcomed by some of the staff. The front desk personnel were wonderful and welcoming. Some of the support staff (hygienists) had an air about them that was not inviting, and these were not individuals caring for me, but merely an observation while walking through the halls.
