Aspen dental miss informs their patients on payment plans...they add things you don't even approve of...never going back

If I could give less than one star, I would. The receptionist and x-ray tech were extremely nice. The dentist was very hard to understand with her accent. I went in with absolutely no complaints and was told that I have two cavities, need a crown, and need treatments for gingivitis. What upset me was the fact that the dentist did not say anything about gingivitis but when I talked with the office manager after a 1/2 hour wait, she told me about needing gingivitis treatments. ... My first visit was free just as it was advertised which was great. I was also very happy with the receptionist, and the tech who did my xrays and such. The hygienist was also very good. However the dentist was not at all what i would expect from Aspen Dental. She was shabbily dressed, make up was mess, and AND! she had such a heavy oriental accent that i could not understand most of what she was telling me. My wife went there today in extreme pain looking for help. After waiting in the lobby for FOUR HOURS, they tried to upsell her for $7400 worth of dental work (which they brough down to $370!) and then NEVER CALLED IN HER SCRIPTS!! Now they are closed, and she is in severe pain WITH NO ACCESS TO MEDICATION because they DID NOT DO THEIR JOB!! What kind of medical care is this!?!? AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

My issues with aspen dental are too long to type out everything but it boils down to having to reschedule 3 times due to office error, long wait times, being yelled at and not having my questions answered by the office manager, trying to file a complaint and when i said all i wanted was an apology to the dm i got a call from the office manager telling me i was dismissed as a patient.
