After telling me what all I needed done and then giving me how much insurance would cover they financed me almost $3000. Then all of a sudden I didn’t need as much done and my insurance covered more than they said yet the extra money vanished and they don’t respond to emails or phone calls about it. I want that money returned since services were not completed.

After having a cavity filled the dentist cut a hole in my cheek which later filled with air and a trip to the ER will not be back. This place is dangerous

The only thing they are worried about is money. I would not recommend Aspen Dental to my worst enemy. I should have known from the first appointment.
I have been owed $200 since August 8th, and this is December 16th. I paid for services that I intended on having, and then did not. I have made numerous calls, and NO one has called me back. I received one email, but still have not gotten my refund on money that wasn't even used.
you can't just make an appointment. you go through a call center that is not local. they over lap appointments yours gets canceled. if the call drops and you call RIGHT back your appointment is gone. it is UTTERLY ridiculous. Can not speak to anyone in Oxford.
spent 4+ hours in the office waiting, while the girls behind the desk braided each others hair. I was told I had issues with my gums when I dont, and was told to make another appointment to have one wisdom tooth removed that was broken. (the appointment was for the wisdom tooth) then once I left I realized the dentist did not sign the prescription I was given so I was unable to get it filled. I called them and was basically told sorry not their problem I should have checked it before I left.

Waited 3 hours past my appointment time to be seen then the hygienist and dentist both seemed uncaring and rushed in and out. Very unhappy with the “care” I received.
