I called to ask if they accepted my insurance and they wouldn’t answer until I gave them ALL of my information. Then proceeded to set me up for an appointment after telling me that they did NOT accept my insurance. I told them I did not want to come in and have to pay $60 out of pocket just to get my teeth cleaned, and she said “Well I set you up for an appointment anyway.” I let her know I wouldn’t be coming and she said it was “just in case” I’ve been getting nonstop phone calls and text messages since then even though I h... read more

Don't go there!! The guy that makes the dentures has no clue what he's doing!!If I could give them a minus star I would. My elderly mother had to get dentures, her doctor told her to because her teeth were causing her to have many unesessary problem's. I was going to take her to Dental First, but she didn't want to drive so far so we came to this horrible place. I am so ticked off today. I was led to believe my partial was temporary and in 6 months after extractions, they would make a permanent partial. No mention of additional fees. I was hit up today for $689.25. For a partial....come on!!! The desk girl printed out all the papers where I had work done since February. Who can make heads or tails of what they put on there? When you pay over $3,000 wouldn't you think that covered a permanent partial????? My upper denture had to be made twice and I'm still not satisfied with the new ... read more

My insurance was billed for services I did not receive. When I called about the event, I was assured that this balance would be taken care of. Here it is two years later and now they have sent me to collections for this balance and I have still not received said services. I would not advise using this company because I was also told that I had a dental issue that after getting a second opinion I was told that I did not have. I am very dissatisfied.

Worst visit ever. They told me they was going to call me for a follow up visit and make an appointment that day, still haven't heard from them. They also suppose to had had been doing something about the bacteria and giving me something and doing something that day, didn't nuthin. I will not b going back

Prices too high and will not do any service on your mouth til and after you agree to the personalized plan and outraious prices. I would not recommend this place at all. The lady who took my X-rays was kind and efficient. Everyone else was money money money!
