I have been calling your Oxford, AL office with no response. I went to the 1030hrs appointment in Trussville for the consult that they scheduled for me to see Dr Rotwein (Oral Surgeon) and had to pay up front. At 1155hrs, I asked how much longer my wait was and they did not give me an answer so I left at 1200hrs. The Office Manager called me after I had left. went in over couple weeks ago with broken wisdom tooth they prescribed me antibiotics that didnt work so now the infection is back even worse ang my gums are like 3x the size and pushing on my tounge and making it hurt to swallow since Thursday so excruciating pain for almost 5 days... went back the second time and told them what was goin on and all they did was send a prescription for another antibiotic did not give a damn about the pain I'm in or my comfort at all.... so i just had them refund me for my surgery coming up ... read more
What a waste of our time! This was my 3rd time coming in to finish my new patient exam. My doctor filled out 2 forms so I could get work done that has needed to be done asap, I have to have permission because I am currently pregnant. Last appointment just over a week ago I had my tooth pulled, was an absolute pain to get out but the dentist did an amazing job. I brought my husband in to be seen by the dentist about his wisdom tooth that has been bothering him really bad, he is in a lot of pain. Worst dental experience I’ve ever had in my life. I called and made an appointment stating I needed my wisdom tooth removed because it was growing in sideways and is impossible to clean with a toothbrush, floss , or anything so it has now began to decay and causes immense pain all the way down my jaw into my neck that makes it unbearable to do anything and I also have a tooth grinding on this tooth creating more pain and a broken tooth on the opposite side of my mouth. Absolutely terrible. I was left in incredible pain after they wasted my time and wouldn’t do anything for me TWO DAYS IN A ROW. Lost wages, money, and still had to travel out of to find another dentist to do an extraction for me on a Saturday. Dr Attia is a JOKE. If i could give zero stars I would, this place is a giant dumpster fire!.... I had to miss 2 days of work dealing with these stupid people Thursday they said it was OK for my wife to bring our infant baby, verified before she even left, and they knew she was there with the baby when they took her money, so while I stayed home with our oldest, they still took her money for an extraction and then when she got in there, they said they won't do it with the baby there even though she was in the stroller asleep and they told her ... read more
Worst dental experience of my life. Very painful. And really overpriced for services. They charged over 1200 for a cleaning that was extremely painful.
