I waited an hour past my scheduled appointment. I asked receptionist how much longer and she said they were running a little behind. A little behind is 15 minutes. They should have told me when I signed in.
Staff was very nice, but the doctor only spent about 2 minutes with me did not say what I needed,not very much conversation at all. One of the staff come back in and said I had to have 4 teeth pulled and 3 felling? ? Also said I had to make an appointment with another doctor to get my teeth cleaned. I thought you went to dentist to try and save your teeth not get them pulled. I think they are more about money than they are about the service
They say they take emergency walk ins but they don't! I don't recommend Aspen Dental to anyone
I broke my denture that I have had for almost 2 years now and they fixed it within 45 minutes .. Didn't charge me a dime and it looks like nothing happen to it .. GREAT JOB ASPEN!
They put my appt. Down for 3pm,but told me to come in at 8am. Even wrote it on my appointment card 8am.. the receptionist said your appt is at 3pm n gotta wait 20 more mins at 8:17. Like it's my fault
