Do not recommend going here. The dentist is good, but the billing/front desk employees are completely incompetent. I have received a bill for differing amounts on multiple occasions for the same service. I was covered under 2 insurance policies, both administered by MetLife. It's not rocket science, bill both...

I am extremely disappointed in the manner Aspen Dental handled my appointment. I scheduled over 2 months ago for a 6 o clock appointment over the phone so it wouldn't interfere with my work. I received my confirmation and waited the two months. I called a month prior to verify everything was fine and even tried to get in earlier due to a tooth ache and I was denied, so I dealt with it and luckily the pain subsided. Worst experience ever. New patient, made an appointment for evaluation and teeth cleaning. The only nice person there was the x-ray technician. It went downhill from then on. They wanted me to get treatments that I know I don't need, with a cost of over $600.00, and when I declined, they told me, that they couldn't clean my teeth. Not to mention, that I sat in the dental chair for at least 20 minutes or more, without the dentist nor the hygienist telling me, that they would not treat me. This is a scam. I had no decay but wanted a regular cleaning and my silver fillings replaced. The hygienist wanted to do her type of cleaning in two visits and sell me a toothbrush for $139 that they said I couldn't get in a store. I didn't want to do it yet but wanted my fillings. The fillings were 4x the amount it says on their website. They refused to do my fillings until I did the whole plan so I picked up my x-rays and left. Should have known!
I am SO annoyed. After going to the Aspen Dental the other day to my scheduled appointment only to find they were closed early due to an "emergency", I went back yesterday. So yesterday, they only did x-rays and looked at my teeth. No cleaning happens on your first visit, which is ridiculous. So I go to schedule the cleaning. They insist that I have to do a teeth irrigation treatment. I do not recommend at all. I came in for a tooth extraction and there was no discussion of it at all. I only recieved an hour and a half wait time and a sales pitch for "my perfect teeth". Then they used my personal information on another patient which recieved a line of credit. This was not even the topper, when I called Aspen they seemed put out that I had the credit company freeze the account. DO NOT GO!
We waited for three hours, the people were very rude and the place smelled very bad.
My appointment was at 11:45 today. I walked in at 11: 51. I was 6 minutes late. The receptionist made such a huge deal out of me being late that i left in tears without being seen. She allowed me to go through the whole process of signing in and seating myself. She then called me back up and treated me like this. In case you forgot, i hire you to be my dentist. Not the other way around.
