Walked in this morning to see if they could pull a tooth they went out of their way to get me in . Ended up having 2 teeth pulled it was a very very nice experience considering what i had done thank you to such an awesome staff �
My first time visiting and I must say, all the staff are friendly and professional. I felt very comfortable. I think I found my new home. Happy smile��
This has to be the best Dental office I have ever been too! The staff is overwhelmingly comforting in taking care of your needs and as someone who has always hated the dentist I left this office excited to know that I have finally found a good team to take care of my teeth!!!

Lost my wifes first teeth impressions, 4k dollars later still cant get the 2nd impressions verified the lab recieved them. You sure are quick to take payment but slow to make sure your work is correct. Terrible place
God awful place! Incompetent dentists and workers. Took daughter for crown 2 months ago, had to return to have impression done again do to incompetence. Now they say they lost the crown somewhere in the office. You cant make this stuff up. Daughter in pain and they said they will offer refund and send us on merry way if we want. On top of that, very unprofessional, long waits, music blasting in office like it's a party. You go there, you will be tortured with 6 hours waits!
The Office Manager /Financial Manager, Alex, at the Palm Coast FL location has avoided my calls for assistance with an erroneous invoice, for weeks. This tells me she knows nothing about customer service and lacks overall management skills and is afraid to discuss a complicated issue. She has the receptionists trained to avoid calls. If not for caring for an elderly parent, I would have gone in person..but something tells me she would still avoid speaking to me.
