Upon my first visit to Aspen, Palm Coast, I was impressed with the friendliness and show of concern of the employees. The plan for partial dentures, as shared with me, looked fair at first. However, after the next 2 or 3 visits which consisted of cleaning and prep work, the process seemed to stop. I then looked back on my printed "plan" and realized that the majority of cost was for a couple of crowns, which were higher than the average crowns in Florida. I have never felt so frustrated in my life, the workers are very kind, but personally I have had terrible experiences. I have had a partial one for two months and I cannot chew bread with it on. I have gone about 4 times to adjust it and they have not adjusted it well. not once, they put a temporary crown on me two weeks ago that was crap without shape, another doctor had to come fix it a little because it was horrible the material is of terrible quality, and I had an appointment to put the permanent crown on tomorrow and no... read more

I just sat in the waiting room for an hour and ten minutes with a newborn while hardly being addressed and having everyone and their mother called before me. Mothers muster a lot of courage to go out with their little ones, not to mention our attempts at self care by actually making and attending the appointment-only to be treated so badly. What’s the point of making an appointment? Will never go here again and will tell everyone I know not to either.

Not happy with the product also such a long wait for appointments even after adjustment appointment not satisfied. Not worth $1500.

I called Friday morning and explained that I had a terrible toothache and was in a lot of pain. the girl told me they are booked and the soonest they could see me is on the 21!!!! ten days later. I frantically called around and was lucky enough to get in to see ano dentist,only to find out the tooth was cracked and had an infection,they removed the tooth gave me pain meds and antibiotics. can you imagine had if I had to wait 10 days!!! the pain level was intense. I will never go there again.

Everything was ok until a problem occurred. Front office staff should be trained on problem resolution. Do not recommend this practice

Absolutely horrible! Bad experience with my husband and daughter! Now we are out thousands of dollars! Did they care? NOPE, not one time did anyone say I am sorry for the mistake or confusion. Not one time did they say let me make this right! What a horrible place and company overall!!!
