Charged me 278 1 week before the could pull my tooth. Day of appointment my blood pressure was high. Hhhmmm. In pain. Now 2 weeks later. Found dentist to pull it for 99. Asked for refund. 10 business days. I might see it. Dont use chain dentists. See private dentist

I was disappointed to find that Aspen Dental only wanted you if you followed their plan. I came in for a routine checkup and after being told my mouth looked great that I was to get a periodontal cleaning for $145 after insurance. When I balked I was told that is what the doc had stated...... I left feeling I has wasted my time going to Aspen Dental. Never in 77 yrs. has I been in that situation in a dental office.

First visit, had to wait for service in the dentist chair for 40 minutes. No apology.
I was in alot of pain one of my wisdom teeth had broke in half and was infected and find out the other wisdom tooth was bad to had both of the teeth pulled and it wasnt as bad as i thought it would be.the staff was amazing
They were awesome. I'm a horrible patient - just trying to stick a needle in me is a nightmare! - but they were patient and understanding and nice. There's nothing worse than being in distress, and the people who are supposed to take care of you aren't nice to you, amirite? These people were wonderful. I hope they keep it up. I give them an A+.
I first would say I am 70 no illness issues, no teeth/gum pain, and was glad to have the new Dentists close . I wanted to fill part of a tooth that has a filling, just to continue on my way at this stage of life. The facility is great, state of the art, staff very nice, is an assembly line format. After my comprehensive exam, I agree my teeth do need to be cleaned for sure, and my bottom teeth MAY make it to my ending, I hope. They NEVER return a call. I still have the same problems as when I first went there. I cancelled my last appt. Due to the HORRIBLE service. They owed me $213.00 that Dr. Renne said he would refund to me and then sent a registered letter to my home that I was dismissed. No I let him go and you can't keep someone's money if you canceled the appt. I had for May! I called the reginal Manager Kurt said he would help me and would not call me back or pick up the phone.
