I’ve had an outrageous charge of $906.00 for a half-hour teeth cleaning and was tricked into believing that my insurance would pay for the bill when it did not. After receiving my first bill of $195.00 from Aspen Dental that was made to look like the total bill, I was angry after being told by Aspen Dental Palm Coast billing department my insurance would take care of it but figured I would pay it anyway only to receive a second bill for $516.00 a week later from Dental First. I sent off 2 formal letters of dispute and p... read more

Rude, impersonal and uncaring. All about money. Dr could not even see me at the conclusion of my visit with Maria, lab Person, of whom gave me my repaired upper partial in the lobby.

I called on Friday (9-13-10) night 8pm for an emergency appt Saturday. I called because my filling fell out. The gentleman who answered my phone said I could get this taken care of the following day at my 9:15 appt. I went Saturday morning and the dentist told me I needed a filling. The manager then came in to discuss cost. Once I agreed to cost she said "great we have Thursday at 1pm available." Honestly for a next week appointment I could have waited for my regular dentist. The manager went on to state this was a new... read more

Today I got my new dentures at another dentist. After 7 months of excuses as to why my teeth did NOT fit. The new ones fit perfect from another dentist! I could not even bite bread and Aspen dental told me I did not have enough bone left as I'm 84 years old. I was warned about cooperate dental offices but the payment plan attracted me. My new perfect fit lower teeth only cost $950.00 and I can bite anything. UPDATE: Aspen dental finally refunded my credit account they opened. Then they changed their mind and reopened my bala... read more

My Dental Insurance ends Sept. 30, 2018 which every time I went to Aspen Dental I always reminded them. Not to mention: I picked out the MOST EXPENSIVE DENTURE the "Comfilytes Full Denture" I went to Aspen Dental July 19, 2018 to get a NEW TOP & Bottom Denture. I put $500 deposit. I went for Mold then 4 to 5 times more for Wax Try IN w/Dr. Rennie. Finally on Sept. 28, 2018 I go to pick up my top and bottom denture and put them in my mouth and the Entire top of my mouth is Sunken in (like I have NO Denture in my mouth). Now I... read more

Literally the used car salesman of the dental industry, the whole time I was there I felt like a paycheck. Either the staff gets a commission on sales or they are just really good at coming off as desperate and pushy. 100% would not return.

Overall my experience was ok. Most of the staff was extremely pleasant. However, the dental hygienist who performed my periodontal exam was extremely rude. I am aware that there are issues that need to be fixed which is why I went to the dentist in the first place. I did not appreciate the hygienist telling me she loves “people like me” because we “pay for her jet skis and vacations”. That because we don’t listen we end up back getting teeth pulled. She even told me to stick with pick type flossing because regular floss is t... read more
