My initial visit I was 40 minutes late, after singing in I waited about 30 mins. and was then told I would have to make a new appointment. My second visit I arrived 15 mins early, singed in and waited about 45 mins. at which time (4) people came in after me and was seen before me. I had to complain about the wait time before I was eventually seen. Not a happy camper!
