This office has scheduled and canceled 3 appointments in a row with me. Mismanaged schedule and poor operations. If you can take your business literally anywhere else in the extended Central WI area, do it. This company does NOT operate in good faith. Save yourself the headache and avoid Aspen Dental Plover at all costs.

I had some work done here in March. I have called this office on 5/17/23, 5/31/23, 6/27/23, 7/14/23 to discuss the charges after an extraction was cancelled. No one answers the phone just duplicate recorded greetings and end up in voice mail. I left messages every time I called, and no one has returned my calls. Apparently once they have your money, they don't have time to provide customer service. I would not recommend Aspen Dental if you want a responsible, reliable, professional dentist office. Made an appt with the call center. The appointment was canceled by the office due to covid. They supposedly rescheduled my appointment. Day before received a call to confirm appointment for the next day. Also received a text message. Went in the next day for my appointment and they said my appointment was for the previous day. I had scheduled an initial appointment with them, letting them know I was in pain and needed a filling replaced. i was contacted the day before my appointment telling me I had to reschedule due to the dentist being out sick all week. The woman apologized over and over and then scheduled an appointment for the following week. 5 days later I receive another call telling me again that I need to reschedule because they are now full for appointments. My stepdaughter received emergent care for a broken tooth in April. She received care and a fix that she was told should last a few years. However, $1300+ and not even 6 weeks later, their fix chipped off while she was drinking water. She contacted this location immediately and was told there is no guarantee on their dental work and that she would HAVE TO PAY AGAIN TO GET IT FIXED!
