They should fire the office manager. He is nothing but a used car salesman trying to sell you a bunch of things. the dentist and office staff were very friendly. I went with a tooth ache because of an infected tooth. The tooth needs to be pulled, but it took for ever to get a prescription. I have an appointment to get it pulled, but am not sure I will keep it. I don't want to listen to the office manager's sales pitch again trying to sell me a bunch of crowns or dentures.

Worst experience ever. I called for an emergency appointment for tooth pain. I endured x-rays, a hygienist exam and waited over an hour for the dentist to come into the exam room. He looked at my x-rays and told me nothing was wrong. I was there 2 1/2 hours and left without any help. Instead I was solicited for tooth whitening, oral cancer screening, a 2-appointment expensive teeth cleaning. Hygienist wanted to prescribe prescription mouth wash and toothpaste and a fancy toot... He looked at my x-rays and told me nothing was wrong. Then I was ushered into the business manager's office. He tried to sell me $1800 in whitening services, a $350 2-appointment cleaning, neither covered by insurance, plus a $70 oral cancer screening and prescription toothpaste and mouth wash. Went to the Plover location on Tuesday because of really bad pain from a failed root canal three months ago..... they did nothing to help me except to try and get me set to up to replace old crowns that weren't causing me any issues....yesterday I went to Dr Hughes in Wisconsin Rapids and not only did he not try and get me to set up to replace old crowns...he helped me.... he cleaned out the infected tooth and put a temporary crown on it! Thank you so much Dr Hughes and your caring staff is amazing!!! I will never go back to... read more

Worst dental office in Central Wisconsin. Do not recommend this place. Poor customer service. Not willing to listen to the patients and put there needs first. Only willing to take your money, and provide low quality work.

I started going to Aspen Dental in August 2012, when I had a crown procedure done. Not even 4 years later, the crown had fallen out. I had been told that the doctor who placed the crown would be at Aspen for at least 8 years and he would take care of my crown if I had any problems with it. I've been going to these guys for the past couple of years and the dental skills were ok but on my most recent visit I had an absolutely terrible experience with the new office manager. To me he was arrogant, condescending and rude. He did not listen to what I was saying at all. He believed the problems I was having were everybody's fault but his.I will never go back.
