It was my first appointment I waited 15 minuets passed my appointment times my appointment was at 10 a.m. and I didn’t get out of there till 11:30 due to waiting around for x rays and they had to check my gums for gum disease then finally the actual dentist came in and looked in my month to determine what needed to be done I just don’t think my appointment should have been that long.
Would not recommend this to anyone. Horrible experience still in unbearable pain since the numbness wore off Thursday.
Absolutely the WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!! My Mother returned to the clinic 4 hours after she had a tooth pulled today as she was in terrible pain! She was crying from the pain which is something I have never seen her do in my life from pain and when she got to the clinic they REFUSED to see her saying the pain was from her smoking or using a straw!!!! Over all it was ok. It was just the entry exam. I went with tooth pain and this office won't pull the broken tooth. So now I'm supposed to wait 2 months to have it done by an oral surgeon. Really? I think that's shitty. I do have to have extensive work done, but the wait to time to get a tooth pulled is insane!!!
Staff was courteous. At each step, was told what was going to be done. The wait time was short. Appreciated the communication and would like more explanation of procedures, terms, condition of my teeth, etc.; particularly more at the end as the Treatment Plan was presented.
I felt rushed when I first started with X-rays. The girl wasn't very personable and at one point was mad I didn't open my mouth correctly when she placed the device in my mouth after she shoved it in and hurt me. I ended up waiting an hour to see the MD after my X-rays were done. However, the MD was very friendly and made me feel comfortable.
I was not told that I would have to wait 4 hrs. for my plat to be ready. I am an hour away so good thing I wanted to shop. Then the gal handed me my plate over the counter and said I could go to the bathroom to put it in my mouth. I though I would go to a room and maybe see and talk to the dentist. The bottom plate is not any better now and I am not happy!!!!!
