Came to Aspen Dental to get new dentures. They needed to get records from previous dentist. I was told they would contact me when they received the records. Well it's been 2 weeks. Never heard anything from them. Guess who's not going to be doing any Dental work for me. Dissatisfied costumer shouldn't of wasted my time. Shane Nytes

If I could give them a lower score I would. Want to make me pay $1200 for a cleaning I only have half my teeth, refused to fill my tooth unless I get cleaning first. My appointment was a 9am, left after noon without any treatment being done. I had money to pay so it wasn't that I couldn't afford the care.

they could get to you on or at least close to your appt. time not an hour later. That has been my experience with them every time.

It was the Worst Experience i ever had they say there Xrays are Free there not they asked if i wanted my teeth clean i said sure they only clean my Bottom teeth and when i got my Bill it was 800 and some what a big rip off
I just got a collections notice in the mail from them because they can't be bothered to send the bill to the RIGHT INSURANCE COMPANY. My insurance changed. It's the same provider but different account. I don't understand what's so difficult. I explained this THREE TIMES. The last time I called, I was told my account would be flagged while they figured out what was going on. Clearly it wasn't.
Worst experience ever. Had a very small chip in my front tooth and trusted the dentist to fix it. He conned me into giving them more money to put a crown in knowing it was not worth the money or pain. After they put my first crown in, I was in tears and he said he would work on it and they rushed me out the door after without letting me look at it. They are scam artist they say can do treatment on gum and periodontal disease but they don’t understand the people that has epilepsy and taking medication that has side effect cause gum and periodontal disease so what use of get them treatment . All they what is money they don’t do teeth cleaning when you ask them to do it even thow you already had deep cleaning already at a different dentist with in 6 month �����
The huby and I had appts right next to each other. His was at 1pm mine was at 2pm. Slow, leave you waiting in chair forever and very long appts n half the time you are just wwaiting for the assistant and the dentists. We got there at 12:50 didn't get out of there until 4:30. Absolutely ridiculous. Smh. Definitely do not want to go back. I like how they help when it comes to insurance but the wait time n all the time you are just sitting around is uncalled for.

They overcharged me to fill more cavities than I suspect I actually had. Now I have more pain than before I went in due to their shoddy workmanship. I would not recommend Aspen Dental to anyone. Now I can't afford to fix my teeth they ruined.
