Xray exam took forever. Need coupon for 399 dentures but I don't have insurance it will cost me over $10,000 no way to get that money unless i sell an arm and a leg
Terrible customer service, called to get an appointment for an adjustment on my dentures and the girl on the phone said it would be over 2 weeks before they could get me in, now I can't even wear them because they don't fit, Dr. Reyes was excellent I would recommend him but there office staff is rude.
Horrible customer service at this office. I do appreciate the help I received from the national customer care center in helping me get rescheduled for a different location after my appointment was cancelled as I was leaving to go to the Plover WI office. If you don't have an option for location I recommend calling the nation 800# to avoid having to talk to their receptionist.
Kinda crappy to get a phone call saying that your appointment was canceled because you don't have a dentist anymore and don't know when you'll have one!
