Stephen the "Manager" at the Port Charlotte location is a real class act. 👎 Life happens, appt's get missed but to have the Manager of a location short of berate me for missing an, and by an, I mean 1 appt, was called and told I had missed three, so apparently 2 appts were missed without me even setting them somehow or other. A complete rip-off charged me $1200.00 to remove two implants that had failed and were barely hanging on. asked why so much and the reply was that is what this procedure is coded for. Well all that was done was to load me up with enough novicane to pull every tooth in my mouth and barely use any force to remove them.
Worse place! Extracted 2 teeth at $276 a tooth. Sent me a $1400 bill because they didn’t send proper documents to my insurance. Been calling for over a month. Their system is magically having issues each time and they push me off the phone. They told me I needed to do the gum cleaning in order to get the rest of my dental work done. I went to Sumter Dental and they aren’t claiming I need half the work aspen did. They do not recommend a gun cleaning there is nothing wrong with my gums they said. I went in today it was my first time ever at aspen dental I went in for a checkup and a cleaning, all the females that I encountered on my visit were super nice and very polite, but the guy who does the payment plans with you to set one up was very rude he comes to me and says straight up no introduction anything “so we don’t take your plan?” When I answered “no sir but what can I do about a payment plan” he proceeded to tell me that the ladies I encountered said I was wasting their time because I apparently was rude and ask... read more
My boyfriend had an extraction done in January of 2021. he was given a treatment plan. Currently he is experiencing a toothache. I called to schedule an appointment for another extraction. This male answered the phone and explained what my boyfriend needed. I was told by this person that answered the phone that he would need a periodic exam or to proceed with the treatment plan given to him. Employ staff that is non judgemental and keeps negative comments to themselves. Male office manager bbn is there to get a paycheck. No empathy or compassion. Will not return. Will never say anything positive about this place.
I put a deposit down for some "temporary" fix to a tooth. I ended up getting a second opinion and decided to go with the second one. I went in on January 30th after cancelling my appointment and requested a refund. the office manager processed it herself. Well, I called last week (February 20th) and the girl on the phone said she didn't see a refund to process and would have the office manager call me. it's now February 25th still no refund and the office manager has not called. 300 dollars is a lot of money. DO NOT GO HERE
do not ever go to them it has been over a year August that my impression wasn't done I have cuts in my mouth where the cheek meets the gum. very sore. I was supposed to get my permanents and it was a lie. over 300.00 to clean 10 teeth. never said what they were doing. I am so sorry and have a hard time keeping them in because of the Pai. please don't go there.
