extraction 2 teeth last thursday in port charlotte/irwin beckoff given pain medication which interacts with other medication which was never checked. appointment took hours as dentist working multiple rooms. needed more novacaine because of this. 6 days later still in pain and cannot eat alot of different foods. afraid to go back to same dentist. did not use device in mouth to prevent streching and more pain later lips numb at times. why do mi still hurt

I'd give them no stars if it was an option. This place does not care about people at all it is all about money. I waited for 2 hours for a cleaning and they made me do an extra cleaning that cost more or they wouldn't do a cleaning at all! Then they sat me in a dirty dentist chair that had someone else's blood stil left on it and just sat me up and wiped it like it was no big deal! Run away and find a real dentist not a corporation that works like a broke down machine!

I visited to have a loose crown and tooth repaired or extracted. -Full panel of X-Rays were taken, individual X-ray of the tooth in question and escorted back to a dental chair. My teeth were examined by someone who never talked to me; she left and shortly thereafter a dentist walked in, looked in my mouth and left. Never came back. I was then escorted to an office where I was told I need a complete set of dentures (top and bottom) and it would be $32,000! My reason for going in the first place was a loose crown and tooth. my husband received a call that they had to cancel his appointment for 12/21 because his partial did not come in. the next day we get a email saying we are scheduled fo the 27rh, however no one called to see if we were available for that date and time. Had to call and it was changed to the 26th. Went to that appointment and was told his teeth must have been lost in the mail. okay. so now they have to start over with impressions and reline the temporary one because they do not fit at all. that was taken care of.
