I wouldn't recommend Aspen dental to anyone they found out that I had no insurance they were rude didn't offer a payment plan. Even got the date wrong on my prescription.

I had to wait for an hour. Broken tooth, did not need full mouth X-rays..only one tooth needed. They would not put something temporary and were going to charge over 2000. And that was my dental insurance. Suppose this is good place for people with no insurance but they get you with higher than normal prices. Would never go back. Find a real doctor's office.

Well after waiting 2 hours and still not seeing the dentist I was told they were short of staff and only one dentist. I then chose to reschedule for dental appt. Appt. was for 8:30 am and I finally was able to leave at 10 am. after seeing the dentist. I was pleased with the dentist and also the gal that went over my options with me. Really think that they need to re-evaluate time spent in waiting room. (always an 30 minute wait before being shown to a treatment room.) then another 30 minute wait before dentist..Would I go ba... read more

I am happy with the employees and how they treated me. The problem here is that the prices are way out of line. I do not have dental insurance and I will be shopping around to find out what a realistic price is. Cleaning, 2 implants and crown - quoted $12,000. Checked with a couple of friends and they said it is very high!

Very disappointed.... Extremely high estimate on work to be done. Really pushing the implants, which I want nothing to do with. No other options offered. I will be getting a 2nd opinion.

Well I walk in at 430 sit there for 20 min and then is told I'm going to have to reschedule because of how late I was.. being me I don't do nonsense so I explained I signed in at 430... she says well you owe $40 due to being a new patient even though when making the appointment I was told new patience receive a free exam.. then she explained this how much your insurance will pay you owe the rest.. so reluctantly I hand over the money so I can get my teeth looked at due to not seeing a dentist in awhile.. They are a great group of people's to work with. They are very caring and work hard at finding the best for your teeth.

They gave up on me when trying to take my x-rays for my 1st visit. Yes I have a small mouth and their x-ray made me gag bad. So the staff and dentist asked like I have never been to the dentist before and I have had 3 root canals done and never had this problem before. I will NEVER go back to them.

$4300 for an implant for one tooth!. No thanks , it does not need to be replaced , and I am in no pain. I will certainly get another opinion elsewhere.
