3 hrs yesterday for new patient, ready to walk out! Outlandish estimate for dental work compared to previous estimates. Will not return, it is obviously all about the money 💰

Charged me $251 for a supposed “periodontal maintenance” visit. I just wanted to have my teeth cleaned. My appointment was at 2:00. They took me in at 2:05. The hygienist showed up at 2:20. I was out of the chair 20 minutes later. She did a lousy job. Paid the bill , called and complained. Will not return or recommend to anyone!

They charged me $420 to pull a tooth -although I thought that was pretty high. I signed the bill . Then I start getting bills for $1,860 on top of that. I called and they told me they could explain it if I came into their office which is 40 miles round trip We're still fighting but they will not get that extra money. Be VERY careful when dealing with them.

Won't be back, had gum work done had to get a loan to get work which we thought was entire procedure, not , for what I thought were 2 cleanings billed 1400 +. Whew

First time iI had this dentist---he was fabulous. As was all the staff. But I left very upset due to the high cost of special work I need done. I will recommend Aspen for routine care, but I will be shopping around for other oral surgeons.

Went in to get 3 teeth pulled, one of which was an impacted, horizontal wisdom tooth. The whole reason they put me under, was because of that wisdom tooth as mentioned above. So I paid a ton of money to be put under, and $800 for that one tooth, and they didn't even pull it. They keep trying to charge me for the tooth they didn't pull. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Ridiculous amount of money, and they didn't even do the one thing I paid for.

It was the worst dental experience I’ve ever had! My appointment was at 11 am I showed up early with my paperwork all filled out. I got x-rays and exam. By 2 pm I got mad and got out the chair and left with my tooth still hurting. They never even came to go over a treatment plan. The where talking about partial dentures. My teeth are not that bad!! My first experience only further went to firm up my opinion about dental clinics. I don’t like them. I made this appointment cause it was the only place that could see me quickly. A new crown had developed pain and was not near the dentist that made crown. The appointment was made for 2:00 pm. I arrived early for filling out paperwork.
